SDG spearheaded the team responsible for the design and implementation of the College's Master Redevelopment Plan. SDG provided full project management services for the design, construction and delivery of a 340 bed, 127,000 square foot student residence, the design, construction and delivery of a 90,000 square foot, state of the art animation centre (SCAET building) as well as the design and implementation of a site servicing and infrastructure program which included the campus' new ceremonial entrance road.
