SDG was part of the Developers Group within the Churchill Meadows Secondary Plan located at Britannia and 10th line in Mississauga. SDG were instrumental in the entire land development process from the initial land acquisition though the secondary and draft plan approval process. SDG and Orchard Ridge Homes built 396 semi detached homes in Britannia Meadows and won the 1997 GTHBA Best Architectual Design Award for a home over $225,990.
